kevin

/ˈkɛvɪn/

Common

A clueless, oblivious person who causes chaos without realizing it.

Unlike a kyle (chaotic on purpose) or a karen (aggressive), kevin is simply oblivious. The humor is in the gap between what's happening and what they think is happening.
