boosted
/ˈbuːstɪd/
Very CommonPlaying at a rank you didn't earn yourself, usually because someone better played on your account.
Used as an accusation or insult in ranked games. Calling someone boosted means their rank is fraudulent. Can also be used loosely to say someone just looks out of place in their rank, even without literal account sharing.
